Who Writes This Site

One Editor, Sources You Can Check

Health Beyond Age is written and edited by one person, Emmanuel Ameh. Health, wellness and longevity have been a personal interest of his for years, and this site is where that interest gets researched properly instead of staying a pile of half-remembered claims.

Emmanuel holds a Master's degree in Radiation and Medical Physics from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, where he is now working towards a PhD in the same field. He has also worked in health and safety. That training is most useful on radiation topics such as X-rays, CT scans and everyday exposure, where he can explain the dose numbers directly. On nutrition, exercise, sleep and skin he writes as a careful reader of the research, not as a clinician.

He is not a doctor, and nothing on this site is medical advice. No article here has been reviewed by a clinician unless it says so and names the reviewer.

🔬

Evidence-Based

Health claims are checked against recognized health authorities, clinical guidance, and peer-reviewed research where appropriate.

✓

Transparent Sourcing

Health claims link to the reputable sources behind them, so you can check them yourself.

🎯

Practical First

Science is only useful if you can act on it. We translate research into real-world advice.

🛡️

Independent

No sponsored content. No paid promotions. Our editorial integrity is non-negotiable.

How Articles Are Made

What You Can Expect on Every Page

Six things that stay the same across every article on the site.

🔗

Sources you can open

Health claims link to the page or study behind them, usually the NHS, CDC, NIH, Mayo Clinic or a paper on PubMed, so you can read the original wording yourself.

⚖️

Evidence graded honestly

When research is thin, mixed or only done in animals, the article says so instead of rounding it up to a firm answer.

🩺

Clear limits

Articles name the signs that need a doctor rather than suggesting you can manage everything at home.

✏️

Corrections

If you spot an error, send the article link and the sentence through the contact page. Confirmed errors are fixed and the update date changes.

🚫

No paid placements

No article is sponsored, and no product is mentioned because someone paid for it.

🛠️

Tools disclosed

AI-assisted tools may help with outlines and early drafts. Claims are checked against their sources before publishing, as the editorial policy explains.
